Supporters of Marlin, this is your call to get involved and become one of the Marshals in our fleet.

Joining the Marlin Navy

On joining the program, you become one of the Marshals in the Marlin Navy around the globe. Each Marshal will take on a set of responsibilities in tune with their skills and coordinate amongst one another, spreading the word across the high-seas. 

The program will provide each Marshal with an opportunity to represent Marlin in your local community, meet/interact with the core team, engage with other like-minded individuals and experts worldwide, educate and help new supporters find their way, and earn exclusive perks/rewards in the process.

The Marshals and the Marlin Navy

The Marlin Navy is composed of a team of talents passionate about crypto and blockchain who are willing to play a significant role in bridging Marlin to users at every corner of the world. 

Marlin Marshals are the individual talents that make up the Marlin Navy. These are community members that support the Marlin platform in various ways, such as promoting our campaigns, providing feedback to improve what we innovate and offer, and assisting our users with questions and concerns.

Marshals are crucial to the growth of our online and offline community. Whether you are a social butterfly, a product guru, a language expert, or enjoy connecting with others online, we have a mission for you.

1. Engage: Engagement is the priority, and we encourage you to spark engagement through conversations, articles, campaigns, and events. Nurture and grow the community, one user at a time.
2. Promote: Be a proponent to Marlin by sharing knowledge and creating brand affinity. As a Marshal, you will also direct people to resources that increase our brand awareness worldwide.
3. Share Insights: Actively listen and share updates and insights from your regional community to help Marlin be locally relevant.
4. Educate: Create and build Marlin’s presence in local markets by sharing the best practices with our users to help drive brand awareness and inspire community engagement.

To be a Marshal, you must be active on our social channels and keep an eye on how you can make our events, developments, campaigns, and contests grow.

Marlin Marshal Responsibilities

1. Engaging with the digital community through social platforms.
2. Educating the public about Marlin via content and social media.
3. Growing our network of influencers, exchange partners, and project partners.
4. Increasing social media and mainstream media presence.
5. Testing new features of the Marlin platform.
6. Developing bots for moderating, analyzing, and data.
7. Translating documents, articles, and social media posts.
8. Establishing and growing regional Marlin communities.
9. Mentoring other Marlin Marshals to share skills.

Expectations from Marshals

We expect everyone to demonstrate the willingness to learn the ropes quickly, communicate effectively, and most importantly, treat others with respect. As Marshals in the Marlin Navy, you are the front line and will be representing everything we stand for, so please be sure to act accordingly.
